The Kiwanis Club Makes Donation to WYSC at Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfast

On Sunday, September 23, the Whitewater Kiwanis Club presented Whitewater Youth Soccer Club (WYSC) board member, Jenny Rule, with a check for $1500! Pictured above on left, left to right, are: Jerry Grant, Past-President of Kiwanis; Lorrie Koppein, President of Kiwanis; Jenny Rule of the Whitewater Youth Soccer Club; and Ed Schweitzer, Kiwanis. Funds will be used for game balls, nets for goals, spray paint for goals, coaching equipment, and to create a scholarship fund to support registration fees for families in financial difficulty. Over 200 kids are served in the program. Kids play games in both the fall and spring. Teams include u6 through u15 (ages 4-15). One way community members can support this effort is by attending the Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfasts.
